Gym Rules to follow
- No loitering or harassment – Keep socializing respectful and brief in workout areas.
- No smoking, alcohol, or drugs – Zero tolerance for prohibited substances on premises.
- Clothing – Keep tops on at all times.
- Wear proper athletic attire – Closed-toe shoes and workout clothing are required.
- Wipe down equipment after use – Use provided spray and wipes to clean.
- Maintain personal hygiene – Please be mindful of body odor and cleanliness.
- Return weights after use – Re-rack dumbbells, plates, and other equipment.
- Do not drop weights – Lower weights with control to avoid injury and damage.
- Use equipment properly – If unsure, ask staff for assistance.
- No outside personal training – Only gym-authorized trainers may conduct sessions.
- Report damage or hazards – Alert staff to any broken or unsafe equipment.
- Look after your belongings – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
- Minimum age requirement – 16+ unless supervised.
Violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
