Gym Rules to follow

  1. No loitering or harassment – Keep socializing respectful and brief in workout areas.
  2. No smoking, alcohol, or drugs – Zero tolerance for prohibited substances on premises.
  3. Clothing – Keep tops on at all times.
  4. Wear proper athletic attire – Closed-toe shoes and workout clothing are required.
  5. Wipe down equipment after use – Use provided spray and wipes to clean.
  6. Maintain personal hygiene – Please be mindful of body odor and cleanliness.
  7. Return weights after use – Re-rack dumbbells, plates, and other equipment.
  8. Do not drop weights – Lower weights with control to avoid injury and damage.
  9. Use equipment properly – If unsure, ask staff for assistance.
  10. No outside personal training – Only gym-authorized trainers may conduct sessions.
  11. Report damage or hazards – Alert staff to any broken or unsafe equipment.
  12. Look after your belongings – We are not responsible for lost or stolen items.
  13. Minimum age requirement – 16+ unless supervised.

Violation of rules may result in suspension or termination of membership.
